• Content expiration: Your personalized content will be kept safe and secure with us, without an expiration date.
• Color Variation: Please be aware that actual colors may vary slightly between devices, and from website to device. Once selected, the color cannot be changed after completing the purchase.
• Customization Considerations: Any required edits to images or text after purchase completion, will take some time (days) for our team to make edits. Carefully review your input information to minimize delays.
• In-App Tips: For the best experience within the app, we recommend using it in a location with proper lighting and on a textured surface.

Step 2: Proceed to checkout and finalize the purchase.
Step 3: Within minutes after your purchase, you will receive an email from OurVibes (please check your spam folder if not received)
Step 4: Allow some time for customization. This process typically takes only a few minutes, but it may vary.
Step 5: Download the app and enter the unique code you received from us via email. Then, view your invitation, share it with your loved ones, and revel in the experience.
