• Color Variation: Please be aware that actual colors may vary slightly between devices, and from website to device. Once selected, the color cannot be changed after completing the purchase.
• Customization Considerations: Any required edits to images or text after purchase completion, will take some time (days) for our team to make edits. Carefully review your input information to minimize delays.

How do I create an AR message?It's easy! Select your preferred 3D animation template, input your message, and that's it. You will receive a code and can share your AR Card and allow people to see your message.

I'm experiencing issues viewing my AR message. What should I do?First, ensure your OURVIBES app is updated to the latest version. If the problem persists, our support team is here to help. Then, make sure you are connected to internet. You must allow access to camera for app. If you denied please check the settings in your device and allow application to access camera. If you can't download app from google play and facing an error about not supporting the app please check if your device can support AR technology . OURVIBES is a light application in storage but make sure you have a decent free storage on your device.
